Nagma terms of use

Last updated 7 November 2026

Use

Nagma is free for making your own tones. Using the site means you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

Your rights and other people’s

Everything you open and everything you make stays yours. Only use audio you have the right to use: a song you bought, a recording you made, or a sound licensed for it. Nagma does not open copy-protected files, and you must not try to get around that protection.

No guarantee

Nagma is provided as is. We test it with care, but we cannot promise it works on every phone, opens every file, or that phone makers will not change how tones are set. Always keep your original files.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using Nagma, including a lost file or a tone that will not set. These terms do not take away any right that the law does not allow to be limited.

If something changes

We may change the site or these terms. The date above marks the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
